Always a great stay! Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and the location cannot be beat!! My favorite place to stay in Ft Worth- low key but checks all the boxes

Connie at the reception desk was outstanding! Calm, friendly and excellent customer service. She helped to find our scrambled reservation in the system and maintained a great attitude!

The room was great but set up could be better - tv and seating could be better to view and house keepers very friendly but wish they spoke English

Rooms were very nice and clean. Loved the staff, they were so friendly. I gotta say I loved the pillows!!
